As we contemplate the impact Dr. King made on our society, let us
ponder these words by him. As followers of Christ, in the Greater
Montgomery area, let us ask the Lord to show us any attitude we have in
our hearts that are not from Him and then ask Him to remove those
attitudes. He can do that for us. He wants to shape and transform us
into His image, an image who delights in ALL his creation. Let us be
challenged by our brother in Christ to live among our neighbors with lo
ve and kindness and justice for all.
Contemplate Psalm 139: 23-24 today.
Look deep into my heart, God,
and find out everything
I am thinking.
Don’t let me follow evil ways,
but lead me in the way
that time has proven true.
